Texas Wine Glass

Nothing says Texas quite like a Mason jar full of wine.

Meet Tasha Weaver

Tasha seems very relaxed after sipping wine from a Mason jar. Ashley has known Tasha since grade school and I've known Tasha's husband, Michael Weaver, since the first grade. They're a very cool couple and they have two beautiful children.

Hamilton Building, Wichita Falls

A lazy afternoon in downtown Wichita Falls.

Fiber One

Ashley would love to sit at the grown-up's table and she sure would love some relief.

Beware The Pinto

My Mom had an Olds 98 from the time I was in 2nd to at least 4th grade. When my Mom's Olds 98 was in the shop she had a Pinto as a rental car. I remember her thinking that Pinto was so cool and it seemed like a sports car, to us. By the way, the license plate number on the Olds 98 was ZSU-927. It's funny the things you remember. Ashley

Scott's Drive In

I remember going to the drive in when I was a little boy. My dad always ordered a Big Scottie with Cheese and a vanilla coke. My freak brother always ordered a hamburger, plain and dry, and to this day, that's still how he eats his hamburgers.

Stockyards Saturday

Ashley and I met her Dad and Susan at the Fort Worth Stockyards on Saturday. We stopped in the White Elephant Saloon where Ashley and I had the 20 oz. Shiner Bock drafts, while Jesse and Susan had 12 oz. Coors Lights. Her Dad kept ordering more rounds when he finished his beer. Well, four beers later, Ashley and I were feeling a little drunk.

Bull Rider

Bull riding runs in the family. I stayed in the saddle for 5.4 seconds before I fell over drunk.

Head Wound

I suffered a major head wound last Sunday afternoon. Thank God Ashley was there to administer first aid with some sort of absorbent pad.

"Joey, have you ever been to a Turkish prison?"

This young boy was a little apprehensive when Paul asked him to come over and talk to him. If you don't get that quote, I suggest you watch the movie Airplane, again.

Rich People Love Statues

These almost made me vomit.

Hole 17

The 17th at the TPC in Los Colinas sure has a nice view. It's the signature hole for the course that hosts the Byron Nelson. The course is nice but not that difficult really. I expected a much more challenging track.
